Great day on San Cristiano Lake
Hunter was an excellent guide and the boat was well equipped , from the top line gear ,down riggers, electronics to the net (that was used extensively all day). Hunter put us on fish right away and continued all day - my fishing partner was a bit inexperienced but he worked with her and was very patient and an excellent teacher. He worked like crazy to net the fish ,get the rigs set back up and in the water. Nothing but A+ experience and as a plus we caught lots of fish.

Another great fishing trip with Alpine Outfitters
I have fished with Alpine Outfitters for three years and am looking forward to year four! I have fly-fished AND lake-fished with them and had great experiences each time. They do a great job of putting you on the fish and coaching when requested. Their guides are knowledgeable and friendly, and their equipment is top-notch. Great fishing and hunting guide
We love fishing with Seth. He is knowledgeable and entertaining. We catch loads of Kokanee and trout. We have a great day on the water every June. We have been doing this for about 8 years. Morning Fishing San Cristobal

Guided fishing trip on Lake San Cristobal was great.

Hunter is just awesome with kids !
I would give Hunter a 10 if I could he is just so cool just sorta the kid whisper.Went out twice this time on Lake San Cristobal . Once with two children 6 and 7 years and second trip 6, 7, 9, and 11 they do fish some but would get bored easily if we went out and weren’t catching anything sure enough they got 8-10 each. Great time catching trout on Lake San Cristobal
We used Seth for a guided fishing trip on Lake San Cristobal. The lake itself was beautiful, and we caught a whole mess of trout by the end of the trip. We had three young kids with us who had never fished before, and Seth was great working with the kids. Highly recommend Seth!

Ice fishing
We had a great day of ice fishing with Seth ! We were staying near Lake Cristobal & arranged to meet him there early in the morning....He has ALL the equipment one would need to get on the ice on his snowmobile, set up the tent, make a hole w/auger , all the tackle, and a warm heater in the tent!! Our line was only down 30 seconds and my husband had a fish!! We caught our limit of Rainbow trout! He cleaned them for us & we had them for dinner... Up Early and Catching Kokanee on Blue Mesa
Craig and I tried to go out with Seth last year, but he was completely booked. We tried again, but earlier in the year this year, and we were able to sign him for July 10th. Met him at the boat at 0515 and were out on the water by 0530. Seth is an excellent guide who definitely knows his way around Blue Mesa Reservoir. He only uses the best gear and tackle, and his jet boat is fast and smooth. We were catching big, beautiful Kokanee Salmon by 0700. By 1030 both Craig and I had reached our daily limits. We were back at the dock by noon. Seth cleaned and packaged the fish and we were on our way. It was an all-around great experience. Seth and his crew could not be more kind, accommodating, and enthusiastic about their clients catching fish. Deserves more than 5 stars.  I have used a number of outfitters in the past and Alpine Outfitters is head and shoulders above the rest.  Everything about the hunt was outstanding.  Seth and Aimee run a top notch outfit and my guide Hunter was phenomenal. Communication was great.  This was the hunt of a lifetime for me and they over-delivered on expectations. Their knowledge, work ethic and expertise are second to none.  Throughout the hunt I was very impressed with the ability to read situations and determine a strategy.  I redeemed 18 points for this hunt and wouldn’t blink an eye to do it again.  The elk I harvested was more than I could have hoped.  There was another sheep hunter the week I was hunting and he harvested a great ram as well.  Alpine Outfitters is small enough to offer the personalized experience you want. This year we went out twice with Hunter on Lake San Cristobal and had a great experience.  First time he took 6, 7 year old grandkid caught 8-10 trout each and second trip took 6, 7, 9, and 10 year old and they caught 6-8 each and had a great time and Hunter was so cool the whole time you would  have thought he had 5 kids of his own or kid whisper.
